Front Desk Officer

Job Description

Receives and assesses all incoming telephone calls/inquiries
Welcome guests, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct them to specific destinations
Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
Maintains requisite supplies of office stationeries
Ensure the reception area is kept neat and clean
Maintain office decorum and quality communication between the various parties concerned.


Must reside within proximity to Ikeja.
Preferably Female Applicants are required.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must be available for immediate resumption.
Must have a valid National Identification card (NIN).
Must have a minimum of 1 – 2 years of proven work experience.
Should possess Excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Flexible and mature in approach with an ability to work without supervision.
