Dr. Michael Ekwemalor,  CENGR, CCM, CPC, HACAE
Chief Executive Officer

Michael Ekwemalor (CENGR, CCM, CPC, HACAE) is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of consulting in the oil & gas, power, and construction industry. He is a strong business development professional, skilled in Project Management, Critical thinking, Build- Design Engineering, and strategic planning. As Chief Executive Officer of Mase Contractors, Michael is responsible for leading the company in providing an exceptional construction experience for our clients, business partners, and employees.

In January 2018, he participated in Organizational Management Training at the International Builders conference, Design and Construction Week in Orlando, Florida. He worked with Alfara Construction Company during his course work where he received tremendous training. He is certified by Royal Institute for Chartered Engineers (RICE, USA) in Civil Engineering, endorsed by the Global Engineering standard organization (GESO, Australia), and a member of the High Authority Council of Arab Engineers (HACAE, UAE).

He is also a certified construction project consultant with a wealth of experience. Michael believes that “loving what you do is a key factor in building oneself, community, and the nation. He is a visionary who built a business around Integrity, Professionalism, and Accountability.

Dr. Abdulkadir Inuwa, PhD

Executive Director, Business Development

A Business and Strategy expert, a scholar who had his tertiary education across various institutions spanning over 25 years. An Alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is also an Educational and Management consultant with a range of clientele across public and private sectors With multidisciplinary backgrounds covering International Relations, Political science, Policy, Development, Law, and Business Administration (Human Resources) as arsenals for multitasking and prowess for modifying a given project.

As the Business & Strategy expert, he plays an active role in coordinating activities of the Business and Strategy Division. He was also recognized Globally for his strategies and Human Resources skills. He is married with children.

Sarah Audu,  MBA

General Manager

An innovative, result-oriented leader with over 18 years of experience in Management. She provides strategic insight and effective communications skills. Sarah is a proactive leader who facilitates a team-based approach to increasing productivity and achieving consistent long-term growth.

Sarah has previously worked with MTN and over her many years at the Management level, she has acquired cognate experience in Consultancy, Technology services, sales, and marketing before she ventured into the construction industry. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), and a certificate from the United States Institute of Peace on Conflict Analysis. What endears her to us at Mase Contractors is her belief that ‘impossibility is not an option.

Umair Nizam

PM Engineering and Infrastructure

Mr Umair Nizam is the PM, of Engineering, with a B.tech ( Civil Engr. ND. India), STAD (structural). He has amassed exceptional skills with over 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Construction Management in Nigeria and India. He possesses strong English speaking and writing skills including contract and specification with excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to balance tasks and priorities to meet strict deadlines. He has experience managing projects from conception to completion and demonstrated experience leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Adisa Akeem, BSc, MSc, Mnse

Contract Manager

Adisa is a detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a solid structural engineering background. He has completed numerous residential, commercial, and industrial projects using CAD software (Computer Aided Design). He is a member of the Nigerian Council of Engineers and also a registered member of The Council for the regulation of Engineering in Nigeria. Adisa believes that “No dream becomes a reality through magic but through hard work and determination”. This ideology is what makes him special and an asset to mase contractors.
